Students in Ohio schools are invited to prepare a video from 3-5 minutes in length to depict the health needs of students Pre-K – 12 and the impact school nurses have on student achievement. For details check out the OASN MEMBERS Content

Attention, grades 7-12 teachers and school nurses:
The Ohio Department of Health asks that we measure the effectiveness of the One Pair of Eyes™ teen vision health and safety curriculum.
The first 15 teachers or school nurses who present One Pair of Eyes™ and use the 7-question Pre- & Post-Tests before and after presenting the materials (and return them) will be given up to 30 pairs of free safety goggles for their classroom, AND be placed in a drawing for a gift card.*
*This being a relatively small program, your chances of winning are high! Gift card will be to the office supply or teacher supply store of your choice.
EARLY BIRD: $350 Gift Card Drawing!
Those who present One Pair of Eyes™ this quarter, and return the Pre- & Post-Tests by Leap Day (February 29th) go into a $350 gift card drawing!
7th Inning Stretch: $125 Gift Card Drawing!
Those present OPE and return the Pre- & Post-Tests March 1 to May 25th, (before Memorial Day Weekend!) go into a $100 gift card drawing.
Last Chance: $50 Gift Card Drawing!
Those who agree to complete the program but return pre-post tests after Memorial Day, go into a $50 gift card drawing. [By June 15th, or commit to a date to use the program during the Fall 2012 quarter.]
